The purpose of this meeting is to review X-rays/scans of clinical cases that you identify as meriting discussion. This should include any cases of Tuberculosis that you are currently treating.
If you wish to present cases you must complete the pro forma by clicking the button below for each case you wish to present and return it to Sandra Butler, Consultant Radiologist at sandra.butler1@nhs.net and copy to the WoSCoR inbox: GG-UHB.WOSCOR@nhs.net by not later than Thursday 25 July 2019.
If you would like to video conference into the meeting please contact Barry Hope as soon as possible with your details in order for this to be set up on the day.
Should you wish to present cases but are unable to attend, feedback of the discussion will be provided by an arranged Consultant.
A register will be provided which we ask that you all sign to indicate your attendance at these meetings. A certificate with the number of meetings you have attended will be provided at a suitable date for your individual portfolios.
